To Save Your Time and Data Shine's ...
High Quality image restoration or editing (whether done with an airbrush or digitally), requires exceptional attention to detail to be successful. There are no "five minute jobs". The minimum charge for restoration and/or editing will generally be around $20 per image. By completing the online form, Data Shine will advise you in advance, of the anticipated cost.
